Specially designed for IT professionals and MNC executives from Mysore, Bangalore, Kochi, and other Indian metros, this two day program is quick way to unwind the stress from working hard and to rejuvenate the body and mind to face the next Monday’s burdens with joy and confidence.

In this two days time you can deeply relax your body-mind, and also learn the techniques to fight the stress of daily life. As a holistic professional you can restore balance and harmony and return home physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually rejuvenated.

What’s this program is all about?

For wellness seekers, the ayurveda Yoga Villa is a paradise to enjoy the benefits of healing energy of Nature and along with our Ayurvedic rejuvenation massages and treatments. Our twice daily yoga, pranayamas (breathing techniques), evening meditation can relax you deeply and teach you how to relax when you are back to the stressful life in the world. The delicious Ayurvedic food coupled with fresh vegetables and fruits/juices invigorate your digestive system. The nature walks in the surrounding forest and tribal villages, or just lying down in the waters of River Kabani in front of us can sooth your nerves and guarantee you to good sleep.

 The Itinerary – Arrive on Friday Night and rest

Saturday

  •  07.00 am: Herbal Tea
  •  07.30 am: Yoga & Pranayamas & short meditation
  •  09.00 am: Breakfast with Fruit Salad/Juice
  •  01.00 pm: Lunch (Ayurvedic Diet)
  •  04.00 pm: Yoga & Pranayama
  •  05.30 pm: Meditation
  •  06.00 pm: Nature Walk / Swim in the river
  •  07.00 pm: Dinner (Ayurvedic Diet)
  • One Full body Ayurvedic Massage any time during the day

Sunday

  •  06.00 am: Contemplative walk or Meditation
  • 07.00 am: Herbal Tea
  •  07.30 am: Yoga and Pranayamas
  •  09.00 am: Breakfast with Fruit Salad/Juice
  •  01.00 pm: Lunch (Ayurvedic Diet)
  • One Head-Neck-shoulder Massage anytime between 8 am and 1 pm.

If you want more time to relax, you can do only one yoga & pranayama session either in the morning or evening.

If you are coming from Mysore or Bangalore, we also have hill cottages near Tolpatti National park, where you can stop for a night or two.

 Extension Tours

If you have more time, you can also go out on a day trips to wildlife in Tolpatti and Wayanad national parks. We can also arrange vehicles and guides for an extended tour to Backwaters in Allepy or hills stations in Munnar, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Mysore.
